Hi, my name is Sally Bolton, the founder of SB Welllbeing. I’m a health and lifestyle coach, based in the North West of England.

In 2019 I started on my peri-menopause journey.  At least I think it was about then, I couldn't say with 100% certainty, all I knew was that weird things were starting to happen to me!

I was already very in tune with my body because of the work I do and I first started to notice I was sweating a lot during the night. About the same time I started to get bouts of anxiety and Imposter Syndrome.  Then came the erratic periods. How was I supposed to keep track of my cycle phases now? 

I was also having 2 or 3 random days where I experienced really low moods and irrational thoughts, for no reason and I felt really unbalanced.

So here's the thing, we all know at some point we're going to go through the menopause, but know one ever tells you when or what to expect and for how long. 


Now I'm here to tell you that your lifestyle and how you look after your body, and mind, can play a very big part in managing your symptoms and vastly improve your life.
